With over 30 years of combined experience in the industry and an expansive network, the founding team launched AGORA Project Management in 2023 as a dual approach to construction and design that covers the full spectrum.

We believe in building with intention — taking cues from cultures like Japan, where craftsmanship is rooted in care, precision, and purpose. Every detail is considered, every choice deliberate. That same philosophy shapes our work: thoughtful, enduring, and tailored to how people truly live.

Long before sustainability became a buzzword, it was simply how we worked. At AGORA, preserving what’s already there—whether materials, character, or structure—is second nature. We prioritise lasting decisions over short-term fixes, valuing what endures and performs over time. 

From BREEAM-approved retrofits to upcycling and sourcing vintage elements, we believe in reusing, reshaping, and elevating. It’s how our spaces gain their depth, their soul, and their story.

With Hannah starting her career in jewellery and fine art, she has a wealth of contacts in the industry — enabling her to help both clients and designers source rare artworks and vintage pieces for those all-important final touches. 

She often travels to international art shows and fairs to hand-select pieces that elevate each project.

This experience also paved the way for her transition into construction and design — because when you’re creating fine jewellery, you’re working at the tiniest level of detail. Hannah firmly believes that to build truly high-end properties, you need to have lived and breathed that world.

Roman brings precision and technical rigour to every project, grounded in over 20 years of hands-on building experience across the UK and Europe. He’s deeply practical, with an ability to anticipate challenges and resolve them long before they impact a build. His leadership on site ensures every phase runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

From concept to completion, we offer full-spectrum project delivery, with careful management at every stage. Whether integrating architectural plans or guiding final styling, we ensure clarity, consistency, and craft throughout.
